Home Organization Tonight - Two Places to Start Effectively De-cluttering Your Home

If you feel that organizing a room is too big of a project, you should start with a drawer in a room! Start small and go big. Start within and work out. But first you need to determine what this drawer would be best used for.

It could depend on its location - examples include the side table next to the sofa in front of the TV (ideal for remote controls and TV guide), the night stand drawer next to your bed (ideal for your journal, books you are currently reading and anything else you may need in the middle of the night), kitchen drawer next to the stove (ideal for cooking utensils or spices).

Take the drawer, put it on the bed, sofa, counter or floor. Take everything out of it. Hold each item in your hand and think, keep it or throw out? If you want to keep it, should it stay in this drawer or go somewhere else more logical? Try to keep similar things together - everything should have its place - so you always know where to find it!

After you have decided what you want to keep in this drawer, get drawer organizers. Whether you use dividers, boxes or trays, it will keep the things in this drawer in its place. Also when you use drawer organizers, you will find you create even more space. Randomly throwing things in your drawer will create clutter and make the drawer hard to open!

Now that your drawers are starting to get organized, let's start moving outward. Look at the tops of your tables, dressers and cabinets as well as any open shelves. Let's start to reduce the clutter that we see everyday!

Take one surface at a time - start with the kitchen and/or dining table, are there are random items sitting on it ? Clear everything off. Having an open table gives the automatic impression that your house is clean regardless of any untidiness around it.

If you need a tray of condiments or cutlery box whenever you sit down for a meal, keep it on the kitchen counter or in a cabinet and take it out only for mealtimes. If you use your kitchen or dining table as a workspace, again, keep whatever you need, pens, papers, laptop, books, etc. in a cabinet until you are ready to get to work.

Taking the action associated with the task at hand also signals to your brain that you are ready to eat or ready to work. Not only do we want our home organized, we want our brains to get organized too!

Make it a habit to keep your tabletops clear at all times. Forget home decor magazines that show tables beautifully decorated with tablecloths, centerpieces, vases, glasses, tableware and cutlery. Save that for special occasions and invited guests. A clear tabletop also minimizes fuss and dust.

Next, let's look at the coffee table and side tables. If you like coffee table books or have monthly magazine subscriptions, keep them there for your convenience and enjoyment. However try to keep the surface as clear and organized as possible. It is good if your coffee table has a lower shelf, you can keep all reading material underneath and keep the surface clear for casual entertaining.

You can also keep the coffee table books on the side tables next to the sofa and your monthly magazines underneath in baskets or magazine holders, if there is room. Again keep the area clear and organized.

Another important tip is that as you read your monthly magazines, mark any pages that you want to refer to again. When you finish the magazine, look at the marked pages and if you still want to keep it, rip out the page. Throw out, recycle (meaning get it out of your home) or donate the rest of the magazine.

Make sure to file the magazine clippings according to what category it falls into - if it is a financial tip or health article, put it in your financial or health folder. Maybe it's a cosmetic or beauty product you want to research or try, keep it in a temporary folder so you can decide whether you want to buy it next time you are online or going to the mall.

Ok, now let's talk about dressers and cabinet tops. If the dresser is in your bedroom, you may want to keep a jewellery box or accessories box on the top to keep everyday jewellery, cufflinks, watches, etc. You may also want to have a small lamp and picture frame next to the box.

The height of the cabinet tops will determine what should be kept there. High cabinets can hold attractive baskets with lightweight things inside (you don't want to hurt your back when you reach for those items) or plants (real ones only please, fake ones only collect dust and don't benefit your health).

Lower cabinets can also have some plants, several picture frames, a lamp or two and perhaps a striking decorative item. You determine what you like to keep as features on your cabinets. As always, remember to keep it as clear and organized as possible to reduce fuss and excess dust.

For open shelves, organization is key! Place your books in an attractive way with some decorative features or plants in between the rows of books to give a casual and homey feel. If you keep a collection of items, whether it is model cars or Swarovski crystal art objects, give each item breathing room and make sure to dust your treasures once a week!

If your open shelves are in your home office, you may have stationery items you need to keep handy. Get a desk organizer, aka desktop organizers, with many drawers to put your post-it notes, pens, highlighters, scotch tape, stapler, etc. insider - keep the desk organizer up on the shelf and off your desk.

Make the effort to keep your desk as clear as possible - the less things you keep on top of your desk, the better. Having a clear desk before you start to work and as you work will keep your mind and your work organized!

If you are just getting started on organizing your home, take it one step at a time! Tonight, while you are watching TV, clear your coffee table or organize the side table drawer. When you do, make the decision of what the purpose of the coffee table or drawer will be and stick with it!! Even if it takes you an hour to decide on the purpose, make it count so you don't have to second guess yourself tomorrow!

How to Create a Stylish Bedroom For Your Kids

Some homeowners become stuck in a rut when it comes to designing and run out of ideas for decorating before they can put the final touches on their homes. Others just don't know where to gain inspiration for their creativity and end up with the same design ideas over and over again. This is especially true of the kids' rooms, where space doesn't provide for lavish décor and ideas about what kids like and want can become a bit monotonous in the minds of an adult. However, if you start with the right children's bedroom furniture, you can make great things happen in a stylish and imaginative fashion, even with affordable kids' beds rather than designer furnishings.

Start with something simple, like the different options for kids' beds. You don't have to include a plain standard twin bed or even a full size bed in your child's room to make magic happen. Instead, get a little creative with your design. For example, whether you have a boy or a girl, daybeds can be an option you shouldn't discount. While this design aspect has been traditionally touted as a girl's bed, it can also work in a young man's room, decorated with deeper, masculine colors and a less feminine design and material (perhaps silver, wood, or wrought iron). This will work for him as it would for a female child, providing him with sleeping quarters at night and seating during the day.

Kids' bunk beds will always function for you in a room where two children must share the space. You have the opportunity to sleep two children in the space of a single twin bed, leaving more floor space for desks to complete school work and dressers where clothing can be stored. For the latest designs for boys and girls in this and other styles of bedding you can find excellent products online that are widely varied, high quality, and easy on the pocketbook.

Kids' storage beds can be a real blessing as well, eliminating the need for additional furniture like a dresser and/or a toy box or other storage device due to the inclusion of drawers in the headboard and footboard areas and sometimes a large storage bin beneath the mattress.

Even children not sharing a room can get creative and have the benefits of a bunk with loft beds, which are elevated beds that resemble the top half of a bunk bed. This provides living space beneath the fun, elevated bed so that a work desk or storage space (like a dresser or toy box) can be kept under the bed, therefore eliminating the need for extra floor space for these items. As a bonus, these beds are just as much fun for your child as a bunk bed would be, with the coveted "top bunk" being the automatic default for the inhabitant with no additional bunk or roommate over which to fight! These are also available through a number of quality manufacturers, including South Shore Furniture, with promises of sturdy construction and always the best materials possible in use.

The Proper Way to Set Up Your Bedroom

You spend more time in your bedroom than anywhere else, so it's important to keep this space free of clutter and as well designed as possible. Depending on what you use your bedroom for, you'll need to plan accordingly. Here are some helpful tips on deciding what bedroom furniture will best suit your living area.

First, decide what's most important to you in this space. Will it primarily be designated for sleeping? If this is the case, you may want to consider a setup that works off of that simplicity. Many people find that keeping the bedroom devoted entirely to a good night's rest results in increased quality of sleep. Recent research has shown that doing work in bed has a negative effect on the sleep cycle, because the stress from all of that information invades the brain even after the work is put away. Likewise, do you want the drone of a TV constantly in the background? You may prefer to leave the television in the living room, and limit the bedroom to more intellectual pursuits such as reading.

Perhaps you live in a small apartment, however, with limited space in the areas outside of the bedroom. In this case, the best move from a design standpoint may be to include a desk inside of the bedroom. Remember, though: with this added desk you'll also need to keep a chair handy, and this will take even more space. You could always save some room with a fold up chair, but if you're going to do a lot of work, this probably isn't feasible. After all, they aren't the most comfortable.

What about all of your clothing? If there's a ton of closet space, your needs will probably be satisfied by only one small dresser. If, on the other hand, you're living in a room without closets, you'll need to purchase furniture to handle your clothing. Depending on how much you have, this can range from a minimum of furnishings to an entire storage system, with armoires and full size dressers.

Once you've decided on what furniture you'll be putting in your bedroom, it's time to think about the layout. Look where the windows are in the room. You'll want to maximize the available sunlight, so avoid putting furniture in front of the glass. There is a certain design aesthetic that differs with each person, so take the time to explore the different options. Shift the bed to the other side of the room, and lay down for a moment to see whether it feels like it's in the right position.

The way you design your bedroom is a reflection on yourself. Considering that some of the most intimate moments in our lives take place in this space, you should spend a correspondingly appropriate amount of time taking the necessary steps to ensure that your space says the right thing about you. You may spend a little extra money and time in the process, but considering that you spend hours upon hours in this room, isn't it worth it?

A Third of Your Life

I have to upload this for my 4-D Studio class. The assignment was to create a sites depicting past present and future and animate them using Google SketchUp. SketchUp is a free 3-D modeling program available for download from Google. I chose to create a bedroom through infancy, teen years and adulthood maintaining similar design elements like color and craftsman style furnishings. I fabricated the largest pieces of furniture - the beds, chairs, desk, dresser, and changing table. Most of the other details are modified items from the Google Wearhouse. This is actually kind of rough, I hope to update this with some music. I plan to use the 3 different versions of the song "Lithium" to correspond to the scenes. The first will be a lullaby cover by Rockabye Baby, the second will be the original by Nirvana, and the last is a snazzy lounge cover by Bruce Lash. Thanks!

Decorating With Black and White - Tips For Decorating at Home

Image : http://www.flickr.com

Decorating with black and white can be beautiful, dramatic and sophisticated. Just about any room in your home can be accented with black or white, regardless of color scheme. If you want really dramatic, crisp and clean decor, then you can used both alone, rather than adding more colors to it.

Black can be used as a base or "anchor" for your other decorating colors, and provides a centerpiece- so to speak- for your room. Even rooms with pastels and bright jewel tones can benefit from a bit of black or white accessories being added to your decor.

For simple accenting, try using black lamps, fixtures, photo frames, or other accessories. Even a vase with simple black silk roses can really add a finishing touch to a room. The same goes for white- fixtures, lamps, accessories or even floral arrangements can really set off a room and add the finishing touch in a classy, yet simple way.

Black and white flooring is a beautiful way to add to your color scheme or set off your decorating. Flooring is what ties a room all together. Simple tiles in both colors, alternating for a "checker-board" effect is absolutely stunning when put with a black or white sofa, or even a simple sofa or chair in a bright color such as red, yellow, even green.

Alternatively, a floor painted either black or white, with stenciling done on it (in black or white, or even another color like red, green, yellow, blue or even purple) can add a touch of simplicity, yet sophistication to your decor- regardless of which room in the house it is.

Bathrooms are a wonderful place to use black or white fixtures with black or white accessories. Just make sure not to overwhelm the room with black, as this can cause the room to feel "closed in" and darken it. Simple black fixtures with simple black towels and white walls and flooring can make a bathroom really modern and simple, yet sophisticated and stunning.

Black and white is a great color scheme for a bedroom as well. Simple furniture, with sleek lines (whether metal, wood or even painted wood or lacquered furniture) can work well with black or white bed linens, throw pillows, photo frames, and even throw rugs.

A room done in all black or white can also be gorgeous, especially when paired with modern yet "cozy" styled furniture or accents. Suppose your guest room consists of a black metal framed futon, a sleek black dresser with plain silverstone handles. Add a red throw rug and throw pillows to the room, and then hang black drapes. This will be absolutely stunning, and the red will add a hint of warmness to the room, and make it inviting for any guest!

When decorating with black and white, you really have a lot of options, and it's very forgiving if you slightly "mess-up." Find prints to go with simple black or white pieces that contain large amounts of black or white, and use bright colors for accents. Or, you can simply do nothing but black and/or white. The choice is yours! Use your imagination!

I'm Not Saying Goodbye. [Chapter 18]

Hey I figure on Facebook? www.facebook.com 18th Chapter * Nick's POV I had not realized how bad it seemed. Had tampons in the nose and tried to stop a bloody nose, and then there was me. My hair was crazy sex, a boner and a half, and I was in my boxers. Our mother stood there, shocked. I cleared my throat and smiled. I tried to hide behind the bench, but failed. Nicole took the bar and floor. I stayed behind Herm try to hide my body, but did not work. "Nick ..."My mother said, her eyes kind of wide. "Hey mom..." I scratched the back of my head. "What the hell is going on?! Those don't belong their, Nicole!" Her mother said. Nicole sighed. "Sorry mom." She sighed. "Were you two having sex?!" My mother exclaimed. My eyes almost popped out of my head. "About to." Nicole smiled. Was she insane? "What happened?" Her mother asked, examining her nose. "Nick and I were play fighting." She smiled. "Nick! You're bigger than her!" My mother scolded. I blushed and let a nervous laugh escape my lips. It must have seemed like I beat her. She had a black eye and a fractured nose. I seemed like a shitty boyfriend. I seemed like an abusive boyfriend. "Go put clothes on." Nicole turned around. She smiled at me and patted my chest. "W-will do." I stuttered. I jetted past my mother, and upstairs. Jack and Alex were sitting on my bed, an eye brow raised on each of them. "Dude..." Jack trailed off. "Don't even." I groaned. Tips to Tame a Teenager's Bedroom

A teenager's bedroom can be a scary place in an otherwise lovely, well-organized home. It's a place where the blinds stay tightly closed to keep any trace of sunlight out, a place where loud music and foul odors waft from under the seemingly always closed door with the obligatory "Keep Out" sign prominently displayed. It's a place where a layer of dirty laundry keeps the carpet pristine and where dishes mysteriously vanish like it was some sort of Bermuda Triangle or black hole.

Unless, of course, it's the room of a teenage girl. This is an entirely different animal. Loud music and even louder phone conversations may emanate through the shut door, but the odor wafting from under the door is a perfume-lotion-hair product-nail polish mixture putrid enough to make eyes water from three rooms away. Laundry still lines the floor, but hers is a mixture of dirty and clean, a dresser and laundry basket all in one.

The previous descriptions are very over dramatized, obviously, but there's a good chance that if there's a teenager living under your roof, his or her room is probably the most disheveled and may exhibit varying degrees of the aforementioned traits. If they are worse than described above, call in a hazmat team, if not, perhaps some new teen-friendly bedroom furniture can do the trick.

Organization is key for any room, but is especially important for a teen's bedroom. Add shelf and storage space with a new bed featuring under bunk drawers and a handy bookcase headboard, ideal for everything from schoolbooks to random knick-knacks. A tall 5-drawer chest or a 6-drawer dresser with mirror should help them remember what color the carpet is, while a compact student desk is a great option for organizing school stuff and providing a place to study. Other unique options include media cabinets, storage lockers, and wardrobes, all designed to keep junk and clutter off the floor and into some sort of assigned area.

How To Make Your Bedroom More Sensual

Start by giving your room a good look. Remove all the clutter in order to get an idea of the lines, the shades, the furniture and the possibilities.

Next, look at the colors of your room. Are they pale, feminine or devoid of life? If so, replace them with vivid shades, the deep dramatic colors of dark green, the warm hues of yellow and the burning powers of red and orange. Red, always associated with love and passion, is perceived by some as best for sexual energy. It is not always, however, a good idea to paint a room red. It can over power the rest of the decor. At its very worst, red becomes reminiscent of old-time cathouses and does not call to mind the right amount of sensuality.

Red may, instead, be used to accent and accessorize. Try red candles and oil lamps. Perhaps you have antique candle sticks or a boudoir lamp. Both can add to the overall sense of sensuality that you want to pervade the bedroom. Dim lights, candles and soft lamps or lampshades, conjure up fire images of passion and add to the entire atmosphere.

Sensual bedrooms are all about atmosphere. The burning of incense, the lighting of candles, the playing of soft music - all provide a background of sensual illusion. The addition of scented candles or smoking potpourri is beneficial, but, as with the color red, don't over do it. Please, as well, take into consideration, whether your partner or s/he who would be seduced is allergic to any particular scent. The same applies to adding flowers or any other scented objects e.g. rose petals or lavender flowers scattered on the bed sheets.

If you have the money, buy a four-poster bed with a canopy. If not, you could buy or make a lace or net canopy that hangs suspended from the ceiling, draping sensuously over the bed. Avoid at all costs, however, the complete feminization of the bedroom. Lacy pillows and gauzy materials may not be considered sensual by your partner.

Make the bed comfortable. Install erotic looking plump pillows and crisp sheets. Some people find silk or satin sheets, red or black, to add to the mood. Others do not care as long as the sheets are clean, comfortable and cool to the touch.

A wonderful addition to a bedroom that can increase the level of sexual energy is a screen. Place it in a corner for disrobing behind. Have it at neck height adding to the allure. If it appears semi sheer through back lighting, the act of undressing becomes sensuous and not simply part of a routine.

Mirrors are another possibility. Mirrors can be hung from the ceiling, behind the bed or on a nearby dresser. If a candle light is reflected on their surface, a mirror can be an inexpensive way of setting a mood.

One more consideration: privacy. During the day, let light flood your room. At night, however, dress your windows with shades or blinds. It will, together with all the other elements, create an intimate sensuous setting within the four walls of your bedroom.

Shattered Glass () continue ep 2

There's nothing to do on Sunday's. My sister is supposed to be coming home today though. So I'm just chillin' at the computer eating salad. :P Nick's POV It's been a week since Joe and I last talked. By phone of course. His parents have these crazy strict rules that he told me about and "No Visitors" is a top one. I'd hate to be where he is, but he said that him and his sister have reconnected, which is great. I sometimes wish I had a sibling, then I remember my mother would never let that happen. She didn't even want to have me. Not being with her is what makes me happy to be living with my father and his new wife. They're not home a lot and I like that. I like being alone, it lets me gather my thoughts. Pull up good and lock away bad. They're gone right now and I was lying in my bed, staring up at the ceiling. I remember when I first go here... FLASHBACK This neighbourhood is very different from what I'm used to, everything is so clean cut,the grass a rich green, the houses all lined up perfectly. We pulled into the driveway of a large studio house. "And here we are." My Dad said, putting the car in park. I got to tell you, I'm actually really nervous. I've been here before, but now I was going to be living here. For two months only, though. I still believe that Joe is going to come and we're going to leave all of this behind. I miss him already and it's only been a few hours since we both left Aspen Springs. "Why don't we go in and chat a bit?" I really don't feel As ...

Cabinet Knobs - Revitalize Your Decor in a Flash

So you're bored with your decor and want a change. Well sometimes changing something small and relatively inexpensive can make all the difference. Try painting the walls a new color or hanging a new picture on the wall. Even changing your cabinet knobs can change the look and feel of a room.

Changing or updating your cabinet hardware is a fast and fun way to take your room from terrifically traditional to marvelously modern in a flash. Trade in those bright and brassy cabinet knobs for some sleek silver ones. Go from cold metal to smooth stone or plain white porcelain to sparkling, jewel-toned glass. No matter what style of cabinet knobs you choose they'll add a refreshing new look to your tired décor.

Whether you want to go cute with candy colored cupcakes or go simple with smooth silvery knobs the best place to find the cabinet knobs you have been dreaming of is online. Shop from the convenience of your own home and peruse the largest and best priced selection of knobs you can find.

Brighten your bar area with beer mug and margarita knobs or glorify your kitchen with fruit and vegetable shaped knobs. Heck after you do update your cabinet hardware you might want to try it on dressers and drawers. Your bedroom furniture might look better with knobs that match what it holds. T-shirt and sock shaped drawer pulls for the appropriate drawers are a fun and fabulous way to organize your clothing and accessories.

Often no matter how much they sparkle or make you smile it is the small details such as cabinet knobs and drawer pulls that get overlooked. But it is precisely these items that influence the look and feel of a room the most. From hand-painted ceramic knobs to smooth granite ones the knobs you choose truly seal the look of the room.

From kid friendly to simple and modern your choice of knobs reflects not only your personal style, but also the function of the room. Bathroom cabinets require knobs that are easy to grasp when wet and usually clean and simple in design. Kitchen cabinets do better with knobs that are warm and welcoming as well as easy to grasp with your hands full.

No matter what room you are refreshing with new cabinet hardware, the important thing is that you find knobs that will enhance your motif and give it a little sparkle. Try shimmery satin nickel ring pulls in the kitchen for added dimension or add some seaworthy flair to your bathroom with knobs in the shapes of shells and other aquatic life. Whether you choose the rustic look of wood knobs or the classic look of porcelain your choice in hardware should simply complement and accentuate the existing décor.

It has never been easier or as inexpensive to update the look of a room. Cabinet hardware makes your design dreams possible. Whether your style is funky and modern or classic and traditional, it has never been so much fun to combine practicality and seductiveness.

Examining Platform Beds And Bedroom Furniture Industry Trends For 2008

One of the most interesting things about working behind the scenes in furniture is the opportunity to see new and emerging products enter the retail landscape. Among those trends are the latest styles and designs in modern platform beds and matching furniture. In this article I'll take you through some of the newest and most popular designs in bedroom furniture and we'll also take a look at some of the hottest colors available for beds today.

Heading into 2008 several manufacturers introduced new bedroom products which combined rich wood tones with an outer framework made up of steel/metal. In many of these products dressers, chests and nightstands feature wood construction on the main upper case units and a steel base introduced at the bottom of the unit. Many of these pieces use straight, clean lines and wood tones featured include cognac, espresso and java. Several manufacturers are also giving consumers the choice of steel finish color and with a variety of earth tones and metal finishes it really gives the opportunity to create a unique look all your own.

A popular design element from 2007 has continued into 2008 and consists of beds which feature a headboard design that have a slight angle towards the wall. Often shown in modern and contemporary designs these same features are starting to find their way into more traditional designs as well. When you're out shopping notice these beds as they move away from the typical headboard features which tend to be straight vertically. Most of the beds designed with this slight angle to the headboard can be measured away from the lower portion of the bed by no more than 4-5 inches. So these beds are not increasing the overall length of the bed by much and create a more interesting design. This design aspect really makes you think about traditional sleigh style beds with the curving features found in both the headboard and footboard and perhaps these new design elements borrow on this classic design.

Four poster beds are also getting a modern makeover and a well deserved one this year. European designs from the 16th and 17th centuries predominantly featured many of the traditional designs that furniture makers today draw from for inspiration. These timeless designs have their place in many homes but don't blend so well with modern contemporaries in today's homes. Several manufacturers have created and introduced new designs which give straight clean lines to the bed posts and have refined the look of the headboard and footboard to give us a more modern poster bed. I think folks who liked the idea of a poster bed but were perhaps discouraged by the traditional look can take great joy in knowing that a modern approach to this classic design is now available.

In 2007 a large majority of manufacturers in contemporary furniture were using darker wood tones in the ever popular cappuccino and espresso finishes. For those who aren't familiar with these finishes they are very deep finishes with brown tones that almost look black but have a strong brownish tint when exposed to direct light. Furniture manufacturers in the industry have been using these colors more and more over the last several years and I think a majority of the modern furniture you see in the marketplace are shown in these colors or at the least available in these finishes. In January 2008 though several manufacturers are introducing cognac or reddish-brown colors into wood tones and finishes much like the casegoods we talked about towards the beginning of this article. Look for these colors to start appearing in stores either showcased as floor models or available as special order.

In this article we discussed many of the new trends in design and finishes moving into 2008 for modern bedroom furniture. We looked at manufacturers combining wood cases with steel bases to create new bedroom furniture designs that bring metal and wood together. New design elements like slightly angled headboards are also becoming popular with today's platform beds designs. Four poster beds are getting a modern touch with designs featuring straight lines and refined headboard and footboard features. We also looked at some of the emerging trends in finishes and rich colors which include cognac and espresso. I hope this article has given you a inkling of the many trends that are happening in the bedroom today. I encourage you to visit your local furniture stores, watch the many home shows that are on television and read through furniture publications to keep up with what is happening in the world of furniture today.

Anberlin - Breaking (Lyrics In Description)

Do you memorize theatrical lines that seem to lead them in Play the role with the good girl heart Hide the tangled webs within Who was it that lead you on that made you want to hurt me so Who do you want to forget Who forgot you long ago Do you still feel it calling in the air tonight do you still feel it Seems like you've done this before You make breaking hearts look so easy Seems like you've done this before You've got breaking hearts all but down have you done this, you've done this before You make stealing hearts look so easy Where is the girl I adore You've got breaking up all but down I can't love a thief anymore Do you collect the souls you've lost in the top of your dresser drawer Count the number of tears displaced on lonely bedroom floors A machine where your heart once was slowly takes the place of you Only hold the memories now of the love I thought I knew Do you still feel it calling in the air tonight Do you still feel it Seems like you've done this before You make breaking hearts look so easy seems like you've done this before You've got breaking hearts all but down have you done this, you've done this before You make stealing hearts look so easy Where is the girl I adore You've got breaking up all but down and I can't love a thief anymore You make breaking hearts look so easy You've got breaking up all but down You make breaking hearts look so easy Seems like you've done this before You've got breaking hearts all but down You've done this, you've done ...

Budget-Friendly Home Makeover Ideas

When working with a limited budget it's key to incorporate as many of your existing furniture pieces as possible. Re-think getting rid of the sofa, and instead consider purchasing a slipcover. Slipcovers come in many standard sizes, but the best bet is to call the manufacturer of your sofa and see if they still carry slipcovers for your specific model. Many time they won't be listed on websites but are still available.

See a dresser at a thrift store that has seen better days? Don't rule it out. If the size is right and the structure is sound consider spray painting the piece and attaching new hardware. Presto! You have a new piece of furniture for a fraction of the price.

Paint is your friend! Paint is one of the highest impact and least inexpensive ways to spruce up a room. Infuse a bland room with a jolt of color, or consider an accent wall. Don't forget to look for low-VOC or zero-VOC paints, which are much healthier for you and our planet.

Ditch the mini-blinds. If you rent your apartment you may not be able to completely remove your blinds altogether. Instead, pull them up to the top position and purchase drapery panels to frame the window and add softness to the space.

Infuse your blank walls with artwork. Opt for nicely framed prints or posters rather than original pieces, which will set you back a pretty penny. Try framing your children's artwork or a collection of family photographs to create a pleasing display. Group smaller items together for more impact.

Lullabies, half adventure Jemi

Lullabies, a Jemi story and a half, "I'll call you tomorrow." Joe promised, as we stood in front of my house. I nodded and took her hand in mine, "Thanks Joe for me, was beautiful." Joe shook my hand in his and stroked my cheek with the back of my hand, still well packed. "I love you, Demi . I know that was not perfect, but I swear I'll take you to the very first kiss as you want. "My smile grew as he spoke, and I threw her arms around his neck, pulls ina kiss. Apparently surprised by my actions, it took a moment before she returned the kiss and wrapped his arms around my waist. ".. .. .. You are so sweet." I breathed between kisses. Joe chuckled softly and pressed his lips on mine again. "Hmm, I'm interuppting?" I immediately pulled away from Joe, her arms around my left hip. "Dad." I said nervously. He stepped aside and showed me into the house, I made a Joe "I'm sorry" to consider before rushing through the door. Ihuddled near the bottom of the stairs hard to hear the conversation. "Do not hurt her, right?" My father asked, his voice harsh. "Of course not." Joe replied immediately: "I love you, sir." It 'was a brief pause before my father spoke again: "I know you will, my son, and I trust you, but she's been through a lot with her mother and everything." My father's voice was heavy with pain as he remembered his wife. I did not know much about them except that he died in a race hit, andAccident ...

Bedroom Design - How to Properly Arrange a Bedroom

It may seem simple to design a bedroom, but it can be quite complex. How you arrange your bedroom furniture can influence how well you sleep at night and how guests feel when they stay with you. Learning how to properly arrange a bedroom can benefit you when arranging a child's room, a guest room and a master bedroom.

It's always a good idea to arrange your bedroom periodically. Sometimes it is not easy to rearrange, especially if you have a small room but rearranging will give you a chance to really clean every corner of that room.

Guest Room
If you have guests to stay over frequently they will appreciate the effort that you put forth in order to make them feel safe and comfortable. There is nothing that makes a guest leave faster than if they cannot feel comfortable. When you prepare your guest room you want to keep it bright and clean looking. Don't clutter the room in extra stuff you just don't know where else to put it. Guests do not always show up when scheduled. A lot of times it is done last minute. Keeping the room bright and cheerful looking will always be inviting to your guests. Arrange the bed against the wall so when your guests walk into the room the bed will be the first thing they see. But you want to avoid putting the bed under windows in the winter time. If you have a twin bed in your guest room you will only need one night stand. If you have a double to king sized bed you need to have a night stand on each side of the bed. The only thing you need on the table is a lamp and one alarm clock. The dresser should be somewhere else in the room away from the bed.

Child's Room
You don't want to put the bed under windows because a draft may come in and make your child sick so always keep the bed against the wall without windows. You need one night stand or table to place a lamp and an alarm clock beside of their bed. Shelves are very important in a child's room in order to keep their favorite toys. It's good to place shelves in every corner of their room when possible so you can display everything. If more than one child shares the room you need to invest in a divider for privacy, no matter what age they are. Include one toy chest for each child to keep their toys in. Get creative on storage containers to personalize them with your child's favorite action heroes or princess. You can buy white contact paper and cover boxes to put little things in. Your child can help you do that. Add blinds to the window for extra warmth and privacy

Master Bedroom
This room is probably the largest bedroom in your home. You want the bed to be the centerpiece in your bedroom. Put the bed against a solid wall if possible. You can place the other furniture in between windows or on short walls. Furniture like dressers, wardrobes and chairs balance the room when placed on short walls. If you have a lounge or sitting chair in your room you may want to place it in a corner as long as it is out of the walkway.

There is no reason to complicate the bedroom by adding things that are not necessary. Bedrooms should be a private place to get away from the world. Making your bedroom more personal will have a cozy and comfortable affect on you.

Breathing Your Love (Nick Jonas Love Story) Ch. 92

Ada's POV I woke up to the sun shining through the window. Usually i'm woken up by Nick. He either makes so much noise that i wake up or then he just decises to wake me up 'cause he's bored. I turned towards the bedside table and glanced at the clock. Wow. It was already 11 am. I have never slept this late....well it might be because of last night....last night was something incredible. I turned to the other side of the bed and noticed that Nick wasn't there. I stretched my arms, got off the bed and wrapped the sheet around me. I checked the bathroom but Nick wasn't there. I quickly splashed some water on my face and walked downstairs. I didn't hear any noises which was was pretty odd. I walked into the kitchen but Nick wasn't there either. After checking the whole ground floor i started to get nervous. I went back upstairs and looked into every room but i didn't find Nick.....maybe he's in the carage. I ran downstairs and opened the door to the carage but he wasn't there. I looked outside and didn't see his car there. Now this was really making me nervous....then it hit me. He must be at the supermarket. Stupid me for thinking that something had happened to him. I went back upstairs and started the shower. I stepped in and relaxed as the hot steam filled the bathroom. When i got out i wrapped a towel around me and walked back to the bedroom. I opened the dresser and was surprised 'cause it looked emptier. I realised that all of Nick's clothes were gone. Why in the world ...

Comment Rate, Sub. ;D --------------------------------- Chapter 78- "Huh?" Lisa steps out of her bathroom, a towel draped over her head as she rubs it drying her hair. Kevin breaths a sigh of relief seeing her safe. I takes him a second to notice that shes naked, her body glistening with moisture. He watches as her tosses the towel onto the floor as she steps towards her dresser her back to him. He lets out a tiny gasp as he stares at her toned curves, the sudden sound catches Lisa's attention, she jumps startled and turns around. "Ahhh!!!" she squeals, it takes a couple of seconds for her brain to tell her legs to move as she runs back into the bathroom. Leaving the door open she calls out "What are you doing Here?" He just stands there almost speechless "I...um...I...." He shakes his head trying to make his brain work and says sternly "I could ask you the same thing!" She steps back into the room tying the belt of her pink robe around her as she does, his breath catches as the images return. "I wanted to have a soak and all my stuff is here. I wasn't expecting you to come in and see me naked." She watches as his face turns a shade of pink almost matching her robe. She hears a chuckle coming from the bedroom door behind her. She turns to see Nick and Rob standing in her doorway. "Oh My God!!" she screams pointing at Nick and ...

9.Strangers Love.?

"Why don't you tell me who he is, and I'll tell you how I know you know someone." she looked at me, before standing up. "it doesn't really matter" I stood up and grabbed her hand. "Just tell me who he is?" She ignored me and shook my hand away from her. She kept walking away from me, and then into the bedroom. what the hell was her problem. This was my house. I pushed the door open, and staggered in. She was sitting on the bed. "Wanna know how I know who Ayden is? You dreamt about him. You dreamt about him while in my arms." She looked at me and and then back down. Her hair had been tossed into a ponytail, as her body was carried in another one of my shirts. the room stayed silent. It was drizzling outside, and the rain hit the window lightly. It was the only thing you could hear in the room. "Selena. Answer me. Who the hell is Ayden and why is he so important that you have to dream about him." She shook her head. "He's nobody." "nobody my ass. Selena why can't you tell me?' "I can't. I'm not ready." She said it like it was nothing. I hit the wall. "Not ready to tell me what. that your seeing somebody. If your seeing somebody tell me now. I'll let you be with them, but don't sit here and be the slut you are in my bed." She stood up, her face a little red. "I'm a slut. If I was a slut then you'd think I would enjoy all this crap you put me through. Do you think I would have fought you when you raped me if I was a slut. Here Goes Nothing .Chapter 5.

Kylies pov I screamed again. The pain was too antagonizing. Someone had stopped at the front of the alley again. 'Shit,' I thought to myself. 'She came back. She is going to kill me.' The person ran down the alley and knelt down next to me. It was Nick. "What are you doing on the ground? We have been looking for you for the last thirty minutes." He obviously couldn't tell I had been stabbed. I started coughing uncontrollably and after hacking for a few minutes, blood started spewing out of my mouth. He put his hand on my stomach and his hand became drenched in blood. "Oh shit. Oh shit. Shit, shit, shit. I have to get you to a hospital." "NO!" It hurt to speak. "My house. Now." He picked me up and jogged over to my house, making sure not to drop me. He opened the door and there was my mother crying her eyes out on the couch. She jumped up when she saw me and came running over. "Oh my baby. I was so worried about you. Are you alright?" "Mommy." I pleaded to her. I swallowed and could taste the blood trickle down my throat. "Oh my Lord. What has happened?" She asked me. "Ava. Pain. Meds. NOW!" I screamed the last part to her. Nick carried me up to my room and laid me on the floor. He carefully took my shirt off and cleaned my new wound. My mother came and gave me my pain medication. After wrapping my torso so tight I could barely breathe, Nick picked me up and put me on my bed. "Oh thank you Nicholas. Here. Come with me. I'll find you a new shirt." The two left and Nick came ...

Kelly was right behind her and Allison turned to look at them as they landed at the bottom ...
